Here are the most recent health care related regulatory developments as published in the New Jersey Register on September 3, 2013:
- On September 3, 2013 at 45 N.J.R. 1989, the Department of Banking and Insurance published notice of its proposed readoption with amendments to its rules governing insurance fraud prevention and detection.
- On September 3, 2013 at 45 N.J.R. 1981, the Department of Human Services published notice of its readoption of its rules governing payment for psychological services under the Medicaid program.
- On September 3, 2013 at 45 N.J.R. 2042, the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Committee published notice of its adoption of amendments to its rules governing licensure as an audiologist or speech-language pathologist.
